How to Choose Reseller Inventory Software
There is no single "best" reseller inventory tool — there's the best tool for how you sell. Full disclosure up front: this guide is published by ResellAIO, so we obviously have a preference. But every competitor fact and price below is the same information we publish on our head-to-head comparison pages, where we credit these tools' strengths openly — because recommending the wrong tool to the wrong seller helps nobody.
Four things actually matter when choosing:
- Fee-aware profit math. A $275 eBay sale is not $275 — after a 13.6% final value fee it's a very different number, and a StockX or Grailed sale is different again. If a tool doesn't account for platform fees, you're tracking revenue, not profit.
- Multi-platform support. If you sell on eBay only, an eBay-specialist tool with auto-sync is genuinely hard to beat. If you sell across eBay, StockX, Grailed, and Depop, you need a tool that treats all of them as first-class.
- Market data. Knowing what your inventory is worth today (not what you paid) is how you decide when to hold and when to move. Tools differ enormously here — from live StockX data to none at all.
- Price structure. Flat monthly, tiered by item count, sized to your store, or a percentage of every sale — the same tool can be cheap at low volume and expensive at scale, or the reverse. Do the math for your volume before committing.
With that framework, here are the six tools, one by one.
1. ResellAIO — Best for Multi-Platform Profit Tracking
Pricing: $10/month flat, no item limits, no transaction fees (accurate as of July 2026).
What it's best at: Knowing your true profit across multiple platforms. ResellAIO automatically calculates eBay, StockX, Grailed, and Depop fees on every sale, includes direct StockX market data so you can see current values against your cost basis, and bundles expense tracking and real-time profit analytics. It's web-based, works on any device, and supports any product category — sneakers, Pokemon and TCG, electronics, vintage, sealed product. CSV import/export makes it easy to migrate from a spreadsheet (our free spreadsheet template imports directly).
Honest limitations: No cross-listing and no automatic marketplace sync — sales are recorded manually or via CSV, so eBay-only sellers who want zero data entry will prefer Flipwise's auto-import. No auto-repricing, no Schedule C tax reports, and no CRM or consignment features. ResellAIO is deliberately a focused profit-and-inventory tool, not an all-in-one operations suite.
Best for: Resellers selling across two or more platforms who want fee-accurate profit numbers and predictable flat pricing.
2. Flipwise — Best for eBay-Only Sellers
Pricing: Varies by store size — calculated from your active listings plus items sold in the last 30 days, so costs grow with your store (accurate as of July 2026).
What it's best at: eBay automation. Flipwise auto-syncs your entire eBay inventory and sales in real time with zero manual entry — this is genuinely its killer feature, and if you sell exclusively on eBay, it's hard to beat. It also offers analytics ResellAIO doesn't have: inventory age tracking (how long items have been listed) and sell-through rate, plus Schedule C expense categorization for US tax filing.
Honest limitations: It's eBay-first by design. Other platforms require manual entry, there's no StockX integration or market data, no pre-sale fee calculation, and the size-based pricing means your bill increases as your store grows.
Best for: eBay-exclusive sellers — thrift and arbitrage flippers especially — who value zero data entry over multi-platform coverage. Full head-to-head: ResellAIO vs Flipwise.
3. My Reseller Genie — Best for Accounting & Tax Prep
Pricing: From $15/month (accurate as of July 2026).
What it's best at: Being your reselling accountant. My Reseller Genie generates Schedule C tax reports and P&L statements, estimates your income tax, imports expenses from bank accounts and PayPal, auto-imports sales from eBay, Poshmark, and Mercari, and even tracks mileage for deductions. For US sellers whose top priority is a painless tax season, it's the strongest option on this list.
Honest limitations: It's accounting-first rather than profit-first — it records sales after they happen rather than calculating platform fees up front, and there's no StockX or marketplace price lookup. The interface shows its age next to newer tools, and the tax features are US-specific, so they're of little use to Australian, UK, or EU sellers. It leans toward thrift and clothing resellers on Poshmark and Mercari.
Best for: US-based resellers who prioritize tax preparation and bookkeeping automation above all else. Full head-to-head: ResellAIO vs My Reseller Genie.
4. Retailed — Best for Market Data & Team Features
Pricing: Free plan (25 items), Starter $19/month (300 items), Professional $49/month (3,000 items), Warehouse $249/month (unlimited) — accurate as of July 2026.
What it's best at: Depth. Retailed offers marketplace data APIs covering 30+ platforms — far beyond ResellAIO's StockX-only integration — plus a built-in CRM for managing buyers and suppliers, parcel tracking for incoming and outgoing shipments, dynamic pricing on higher tiers, and a public inventory page you can share. For sneaker, streetwear, and watch operations running as a team, it's the most feature-complete option here.
Honest limitations: The useful features live on the $49/month Professional plan, and item caps apply at every tier below Warehouse ($249/month). There's no automatic platform fee calculation, the product is complex for a solo seller who just wants profit tracking, and the mobile app was still listed as "coming soon" at the time of writing. The focus is squarely on sneakers, streetwear, and watches rather than general reselling.
Best for: Larger sneaker/streetwear operations and teams that will actually use the CRM, market data APIs, and dynamic pricing. Full head-to-head: ResellAIO vs Retailed.
5. Copyt — Best for Cross-Listing & Consignment
Pricing: Free Individual plan + 1.5% transaction fee on every StockX, eBay, and GOAT sale; Enterprise $250/month; Shopify integration $50/month add-on — accurate as of July 2026.
What it's best at: Listing operations. Copyt cross-lists to StockX, eBay, and GOAT via direct API integrations and automatically delists everywhere when an item sells — a real workflow advantage no other tool on this list matches. It also handles consignment intake and tracking (which makes it popular with physical sneaker stores), offers discounted UPS shipping labels, a native iOS app, and a Whatnot integration on the Enterprise plan.
Honest limitations: The "free" plan isn't free at volume — 1.5% of every sale means $30/month at $2,000 in sales and $75/month at $5,000. Above roughly $666/month in sales, a $10 flat tool is cheaper. There's no expense tracking or per-platform fee calculation, and the platform is optimized for sneakers and streetwear rather than cards, electronics, or general reselling.
Best for: Sneaker resellers and consignment stores who need true cross-listing and auto-delist, and low-volume sellers under ~$666/month where 1.5% beats a flat fee. Full head-to-head: ResellAIO vs Copyt.
6. RestocksAIO — Best for EU Sneaker Automation
Pricing: €15/month Standard, €30/month Premium, 7-day free trial (accurate as of July 2026).
What it's best at: Automation for European sneaker sellers. RestocksAIO's Bricker Mode automatically reprices your listings to match the lowest price across platforms, Smart Actions automate routine workflows, and the WeTheNew Slot Sniper (Premium) targets EU marketplaces specifically. It also includes an invoice generator compatible with LexOffice and SevDesk (a big deal for German sellers), barcode scanner support, multi-platform price comparison, and free UPS collections.
Honest limitations: It's a Windows-only desktop app — no Mac, no Linux, no mobile, no web access — and RestocksAIO recommends a server or dedicated PC if you want automated features running 24/7. It's sneaker- and streetwear-specific with no Pokemon/TCG support, there's no expense tracking or platform fee calculation, and the marketplace focus is primarily European.
Best for: EU-based, Windows-using sneaker resellers who want automated repricing and sell on European marketplaces like WeTheNew and Restocks. Full head-to-head: ResellAIO vs RestocksAIO.

Which Tool Should You Pick?
The short version, by seller type:
- You sell on multiple platforms and care most about true profit: ResellAIO. Flat $10/month, fee-accurate math on eBay, StockX, Grailed, and Depop, and live StockX market data.
- You sell only on eBay and hate data entry: Flipwise. Its eBay auto-sync is the best on this list, full stop.
- Your biggest pain is tax season: My Reseller Genie. Schedule C reports and bank import are worth the $15+/month if you're a US filer.
- You run a sneaker operation with a team: Retailed — if your volume justifies the $49/month Professional tier where its real features live.
- You need cross-listing or run consignment: Copyt. Just do the 1.5%-per-sale math against your monthly volume first.
- You're an EU sneaker seller on Windows: RestocksAIO, especially for Bricker Mode repricing and WeTheNew workflows.
